About Me
I live in Niagara County in Western New York with my husband and two dogs. My husband also owns his own business, but our dogs are definitely freeloading.
Most immediately, I am returning to school at the Niagara Falls Culinary Institute through SUNY Niagara to earn an Associates in Baking and Pastry Arts. Am I scared about returning to school as a whole adult? Not anymore than I am about being stuck in a job or career that just isn't for me.
After growing up in the Rochester area, I did my undergrad at SUNY Oswego. Having gotten my fill of lake effect snow there, I moved to the Buffalo Northtowns in 2010 for grad school. Following graduation from UB, I stayed in the area to work and eventually met my husband. Like Buffalo so often does to people, it sucked me in, but now I can't imagine living anywhere else.

Why such wide-ranging services?
Truthfully? It's all about the hustle, babe.
As I look at my class schedule for this new degree, I am not sure I will be able to work as much as I would like to, or as much as my free-loading dogs' lifestyle is accustomed to.
To that end, I am out here working on side-hustles and side-projects that I can do to earn tuition money, book money, and probably coffee money.
